I'm not sure if you are asking me about symptoms from the glp1 meds or not. I was pre-diabetic at one point, but now my numbers are good. Also, I had a fatty liver, and that has also improved. Also have multiple autoimmune conditions. These medications are approved for weight loss and have been for quite some time. You don't have to be diabetic to be on glp1s approved for weight loss though. I take compounded or research peptides, not any of the expensive name brands.

You do understand that you titrate up accordingly right?😂 It's not high when you've been on this journey as long as I have. The max dose is 15mg. I haven't even increased every 4 weeks. I was on 7.5mg for months. Do what works for you though. I haven't heard anyone say this unless they're new to this journey.

Hi. Correct. When I did this video I was on the 5mg dose. So yes, 2 of these 10mg vials are great to last a month on that dose.

Thank you so much. I'm currently on 10mg. I ate one chicken tender and a handful of fries. I usually treat myself with something I like 2 to 3 days a week since I can't eat much. 😂 Appetite suppression is something real. I'm definitely dosing up slower on Tirzepatide than I did with Semaglutide. I was on 7.5mg for probably 2 to 3 months.

So far it’s been okay. I know this tmi but the last 3 days i have been having diarrhea. The first week i took my shot i was having headaches. .that got better. Also i had hunger pain where i just crave food. That go better also. As of lately I have no appetite at all. I wanted Mounjaro but my insurance wouldn’t cover unless tried Trulicity first🌻

I have a question. I have been taking my injection every Tuesday but want to change to every Monday now. Can i do that?
